Membership Fee Q's
What is a Bucket Deposit? A one & done deposit that covers the cost of your bucket and lid (plus any additional buckets). Your first subscription for pickup/drop off must be paid separately. What if I join and then decide to cancel? If you cancel within the first year, you will get a full refund of you joining fee. After that, you will be refunded 50% of if all bucket(s) & lid(s) are returned. Where do I start or renew my membership? Membership dues can be paid by clicking on "Compost Collection" and then selecting the type of membership you wish to purchase or via the invoice sent to your email. What if I pause my membership and rejoin? if you did not seek the refund, you do not need to pay this fee ever again. |

What do I get as a member? You receive a food grade bucket and lid, regular bucket cleaning, worm casting givebacks, product discounts, and help with any of your compost questions. What if I want to change the number of buckets I have, my subscription length, etc? Contact us and we can adjust any of these details. |

We tried backyard composting with little luck. After we met Katie at the farmers market, we immediately knew that her service was for us! We easily fill our bucket weekly and love that she keeps us posted about how much food waste we are keeping out of the landfill.
